In each listing is stated if the item is shipped with standard method or tracked. If an item it’s already priced for tracked method there is no need to add the upgrade.
Please contact me in 14 days from when you received your item.
You can return at your expense an item you don’t like and receive refund. I don’t refund custom made pieces. You’ll always see picture before shipping a custom piece.

What should I do if the seller doesn’t refund my order?
If the seller doesn’t allow refunds, you may be able to contact us for assistance. Refunds may be provided if:

– Your order wasn’t as it was described on Just Artisan
