A unique and beautiful Japanese style pair of mismatched or asymmetric earrings featuring tiny agate gemstones. Colourful and lightweight, these earrings will delight anyone with a taste for something slightly unusual. (FREE) Gift wrapping options and information on materials used in the piece are listed below. The size shown refers to the larger side.

Koi fish are associated with strength of character, perseverance, accomplishment and courage. They also symbolise good fortune, success, prosperity, ambition and longevity.

EAR WIRES:
are hypoallergenic stainless steel and are SILVER toned. Gold toned stainless steel ear wires are possible but are surgical grade. Please add your preference in the personalization box.

MATERIAL SELECTION & WHY
Agate mineral beads, stainless steel and enamel are all tarnish resistant, durable and long lasting. The brass pieces onto which the enamel is applied is lead, nickel and cadmium free. A protective layer has also be applied to the brass.

Hypoallergenic stainless steel ear wires are used because everyone should be able to enjoy jewelry without worrying about allergic reactions. Please note that hypoallergenic means that the chance of an allergic reaction is very, very small. It does not mean absolute zero.

MATERIAL & JEWELRY CARE QUESTIONS:
Please take care of your jewelry and store them away from humidity and rapid changes in temperature. Send me ANY questions on materials or jewelry care that you have. I am a Geologist and have a deeper understanding of most materials used in jewelry: sterling silver, silver, gold, stainless steel, brass, copper, nickel silver, gems/minerals (precious and semi-precious), natural pearls, nacre (mother of pearl), sea shell etc.

PACKAGING, GIFT WRAPPING & NOTE CARDS
You will receive your earrings in packaging bearing my personal logo and signature and sealed. The earrings cannot be returned once the seal is broken. It will arrive gift wrapped in an organza bag, whether it is a gift or not. If it is a gift for a loved one, feel free to include a gift message. A handmade card and a handwritten note will be included. Please see the last picture which shows sample gift wrapping and a handmade (by me) card.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Canada Post requires a phone number for international orders.

Shipping Policy

The mailing service I use is Canada Post. At this time I am only shipping to Canada and to the USA. Within Canada, I offer free shipping and this does not include tracking. I charge the actual cost of shipping to the USA. Which means that I do not charge for packaging materials. Because of cost the default mail service does not include tracking. Tracking may be purchased for an additional 6 USD.

Refund Policy

The following items can't be returned Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons). This includes earrings where the seal on the packages have been opened. Items on sale Items that arrive damaged and unusable will be refunded. Items that are no longer wanted or needed should be returned for a refund in it's original state. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be issued AFTER the item is retuned to me MINUS the return shipping. If packages are lost, a full refund will be made. However, if you neglected to pick up a package at your post office and the items is returned to me, you refund will NOT include the return shipping charged to me.
