Shipping Policy
My products come in bubble mailer (I bought many years ago, I am switching to no plastic options) and a cloth bag or recycled paper boxes. Sculptures are shipped in postal tubes. Shipping may require some time: I live in a rural town with a small post office. I may need to attemp several times to ship due the office being overwhelmed. Also My partner is currentlty in rehab due to traumatic brain injury, I may often not be at home everyday processing the orders, I'm sorry. Feel free to contact me for any inquires in case you have a deadline.

No refunds on custom made item. You have 14 days to contact me to return an item and ask the refund.

You can return at your expense an item you don’t like and receive refund. I don’t refund custom made pieces. You’ll always see picture before shipping a custom piece.
