Coffee Mugs are shipped by UPS for a flat fee of $6 including to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Mugs are shipped directly from print shop to your or your recipient. Notecards are mailed by me from Arizona to USA and Puerto Rico addresses, each card is flat rate of $1.10 per card. Contact me for pricing of shipping costs for multiple cards.
As these are custom made mugs, I am unable to provide a refund if buyer changes their mind on purchasing. If there are any damages upon receiving your mug, notify me within 48 hours of receiving it so that I may reorder the same mug from the print shop and have sent to the address at time of purchase. **Please note, once I place the mug into production that I am unable to cancel the order** Please contact me for any issues on the note card(s) or mugs to see how I can make it right for you, it is my goal to have happy customers.
